Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit:
- At the time of booking: 25% Advance deposit
- 60 Days prior to CHECK IN: 75% Balance payment**
- For the Christmas, New Year holiday and long weekends according to Indian Holiday calendar, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
- Cancellation at more than 180 days prior to check-in: No Cancellation
- Between 180 and 120 days prior to CHECK IN: 10% cancellation charges
- Between 120 and 60 days prior to CHECK IN: 25% cancellation charges
- Less than 60 days prior to CHECK IN or NO SHOW: 100% cancellation charges
** All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date.
Children are welcome!
Under 12 years can share the room/bed with their parents or guardians.
We do not provide extra beds in the room. For more than one children below age of 12 or for a child older than 12, an extra cottage is necessary. In such a case, the cottage shall be charged at 75% of the parents’ cottage/package rate.
DIFFERENTLY ABLED GUESTS
You must report any special attention required at the time the reservation is made. All efforts shall be made to accommodate the request.
It is customary to give gratuities, subject to your satisfaction of services rendered. Gratuities are not included in the tariff. Individual tipping is not recommended.
Pets are not allowed in the retreat.
We shall not be required to refund any amount paid by any guest who must leave the resort prematurely for any reason, nor shall we be held responsible for the lodging, meals, return transportation or other expenses incurred by such guest. However, facilitation of all services to the said affect would be made on request and paid for by the guest.
